Cold Brew Catering in Columbus, OH

Not necessarily — it depends on whether you want a barista making drinks to order or a self-serve dispenser. A self-serve cold brew or iced coffee station is usually the cheaper setup because it needs less staffing; a barista-run iced drink menu prices like any other espresso service. Ask for both versions of the quote so you can compare like with like.

Warm-weather events, daytime corporate events, outdoor activations and afternoon parties are the natural fit. Many operators offer both at the same event — a hot espresso bar plus an iced or cold brew station — and in a hot climate that split keeps the queue moving. Tell the operator the time of day and whether the setup is indoors or outdoors.

They are all real, operating coffee catering businesses in Columbus, but their menus vary: some run a full cold brew programme, others only iced drinks from espresso. Confirm the menu with the operator before you book — this page lists who is available locally, not what each one serves.
